This is my first blog on why I stock what I stock. As Viv, the founder of this company says, life is too short for smelly manky cloths. I use these dish cloths at home and they last well, are great colours and better for the planet. Viv has great blog posts explaining the ethical benefits of buying organic cotton. The main difference between organic and traditional cotton is that it uses 90% less water in the process. She has personally visited the places in India where these products are made, who ensure that their workers are treated fairly. They are designed here in NZ, made in India and then packaged in NZ.

The Ecovask range consists of dishcloths, hand towels, hair and travel towels, soft face cloths, makeup remover pads, soap bags, cotton throws, dish brushes and a range of kitchen cloth holders. Whimsy stocks most of these products in the most awesome colours, which I angst over choosing from their website.
